WHY HIRE ME
FLEET GRAPHICS
The Crown Castle fleet program consists of over 200 vehicles ranging from bucket trucks and vans to pick-ups and SUVs. Each vehicle can require up to 10 different decals for an outfitter to install. These decals range from the the Crown Castle logo to DOT numbers and most recently the 811 "Call Before You Dig" graphics. It is critical to keep Crown Castle supply chain, the outfitter and the graphics vendor aligned. We have achieved great success and have streamlined that process by creating an online ordering platform.
Corporate Fleet Graphics Program
Fleet Graphics Guide
One of the items I created to keep all participating parties aligned was this Fleet Guide. This is updated and shared as new vehicles are added to the fleet and as new graphics are needed. This is simply a visual guide for reference. Elements from this guide are used for the online store.
Fleet Graphics Color Guide

This color guide was created as a result of manufacturer inventory issues. Ideally, all of our vehicles would be white. Realistically, we were growing so fast and needed so many vehicles that white was not always an option. We worked to determine the next best color options for each manufacturer and category along with graphics recommendations for each. In some cases, due to the gradated gray in our logo at that time, we had a dealership spray metal blanks with manufacturer-specific colors (grays and silvers). We applied graphics to the pained blanks and reviewed to make accurate recommendations and assure legibility in the field.

This guide is not here because it's a sample of great design. This is a down and dirty example of the type of projects I managed at Crown Castle. In 2018, Crown Castle purchased a Miami-based company called FBL Fibernet. With that purchase, we inherited many vehicles including trailers of all sorts. We needed to rebrand these on a tight deadline to adhere to an FCC directive that was negotiated during the purchase. We also needed to rebrand some of our  old fleet vehicles to the new Fibernet Direct.

I worked with many people in the field to gather pictures and measurements of all the vehicles. I created a guide with measurements and images to give instructions for the graphics producers to follow as well as the installers in the field to follow for placement. This project was executed flawlessly–on budget and meeting the deadline.
